Our goal is to bring vegan products to the mainstream. We treat our customers the way we expect to be treated, honestly and fairly. The policy below was made to accommodate customers needs while maintaining Eco Vegan Shoes as a functioning business. Thank you for shopping cruelty free and living an ethical life.

Our policy

  • All returns must be returned within 30 days of date the item was received.
  • After 30 days, store credit only can be processed.
  • The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packing materials. (Trying the shoes on inside does not count as wearing)
  • If an item has been worn, a 50% restocking fee will be accessed.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. This is of course different where is a thechnical issue with the product, when we accidentally sent the customer the wrong article, or when there is anything else that is clearly our mistake.
  • For every order the customer makes, the customer gets one free exchange (please note: this is for the standard postal rates only. If you have a valid reason to use a more expensive service, please contact us first!). Should there be a second exchange, then all shipping costs will be paid by the customer. We advice European customers to contact us first. Then we can send a DPD packing slip, which the customer can attach to the parcel. If the customer brings the shoes to the nearest DPD shop, he will not have to pay any shipping costs.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) to Eco Vegan Shoes.

We make every effort to indicate the shoes we sell run large or small. However there is no universal regulation of shoe size. We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering in and effort to deliver the correct size. Sizing issues are not considered product defects, so customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to exchange an item or get a refund

To ensure that your request is processed accurately and promptly, you must follow these steps:

You must complete the return form that was sent to you along with the shipment confirmation email. Fill out the form (make sure to tell us whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange) and include it in the box being returned.
Shoes must be returned with the original shoe-box. The shoe-box must be shipped in another box (either the box they shipped in, or a suitable and durable containing box).

We recommend you ship the package insured, with a signature request for your own protection.

We regret we cannot provide refund, exchange or store credit for shoes not returned in this way, or that show signs of wear. Shoes that do not meet the criteria above will either be returned to the sender, or a restocking fee equal to 50% of item value of the product at the time of purchase will be charged.

One free exchange

Eco Vegan Shoes offers one free exchange per initial order. This means you pay for returning the item and we cover the second shipment to you.
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition, we will exchange the item and send you your exchange at no cost to you, issue a store credit, or issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, minus the original shipping charges.
