All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking number so you can track your order online.
Your invoice will be e-mailed to you automatically.
You will receive an email notification with track and trace information as soon as your package has been shipped. If three full business days have passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation or an explanation of delay, please contact us! We make every effort to keep our customers informed of their order status.
We ship with DPD. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not possible and there are no pick up points. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package for delivery.
Our shoes are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Depending on where you live we have different shipping times.
The Netherlands: 1-2 days
Belgium: 1-2 days
Germany: 2-3 days
Luxembug: 2-3 days
United Kingdom: 3 days
Other European countries: up to 5 days
Rest of the world: up to 3 weeks

Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all initial shipping fees, unless the wrong item or size has been sent or the product is defective. If the product is defective, Eco Vegan Shoes will refund all extra shipping charges that have been incurred. Eco Vegan Shoes will ship up to one exchange at no cost. Any additional exchanges will be charged to the customer. This offer applies to shipping addresses within the European Union only.
International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, duties and fees levied by their country.
